"ESTIMATE UNCERTAINTY OF MEASUREMENT"

Duration 3 days

Course Schedule:

Presentation of the theory concerning the estimation of measurement uncertainty according to ISO / IEC Guide 98 Part 3 "Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement" and introduction to the method PUMA "Procedures for uncertainty management": terminology, hints of statistical method step -step for uncertainty estimation, method of evaluation of compliance with specifications.

Examples of estimation of measurement uncertainty according to ISO / IEC 98 and evaluation of compliance with specifications according to the method PUMA, illustration of specific instrumental and calibration certificates.

Presentation of numerical methods for the estimation of the second Supplement 1 of ISO / IEC Guide 98 Part 3 "Propagation of distributions using a Monte Carlo Method" and examples elementary estimation.


"ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENTS"

Duration 2 days

Course Schedule:

The course aims to enable users of instruments for electrical measurements in low frequency to ensure the traceability of measurements to national standards and to meet the criteria required by the organization company consistently as used on the standards of the ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO / IEC 17025.

Introduction to electrical metrology.

The traceability of a laboratory of electrical measurements: Features of the laboratory, methods of measurement and metrological chains.

"VALIDATION THERMAL PROCESSES"

The correct setting of a validation and good knowledge of thermal processes, leads to greater confidence and security of its facilities. In particular, the certification of products, systems and machinery requires proper organization and traceability of measurements to the European directives. The course presents a simple and practical aspects essential for the organization and execution of validation in production environment and services.
